Product Overview: 

Silicone rubber electronic buttons are primarily manufactured using custom-made silicone rubber material. The product features various pressing functions, with pressing force meeting industry standards for buttons, and excellent rebound properties, capable of withstanding over 100,000 pressing tests under normal conditions.

Product Advantages:  
Silicone buttons remain unchanged even after prolonged pressing, offering excellent single-button functionality, good physical inertia, and a long service life. Silicone materials have excellent fatigue resistance, enabling long-term use in various environmental conditions.  

Production Process:
Raw materials - mixing of raw materials with colorant and vulcanizing agent - cutting of semi-finished rubber material - high-temperature molding and vulcanization - secondary vulcanization of the product - printing and coating - product quality control - packaging and shipment. · Material Advantages:
High elasticity and rebound, soft cushioning, stretchable to reduce pressure, immediate recovery after stretching, resistant to high and low temperatures, capable of continuous use under non-standard temperature conditions, and easy to clean.

Precautions:
Do not burn with open flames, keep away from sharp knives, the product is bonded with silicone glue, and care must be taken to control the force when stretching the bonded area。

Product disadvantages:
Not recommended for use in most thick solvents, oils, thick acids, and diluted sodium hydroxide, as it easily attracts dust and should not be left in places with a lot of dust or hair for long periods of time.
